Date: Wed Jun 12, 2024

Preamble:

The 21st century demands a new vision for Canadaone that breaks free from the shackles of outdated ideologies, embraces the dynamism of technological advancement, and champions the values that have made our nation a beacon of freedom and prosperity. This is not a time for timid steps or recycled rhetoric; it is a moment for bold action, visionary leadership, and a unified commitment to building a future where every Canadian can thrive. This is the promise of “Blue Storm Rising,” a new dawn for a re-imagined Canada.

Request 20”, 22” and 24” match barrel options AND MDT Elite Muzzle breaks, to defeat enemies of Canada attacking our lands and our people with 11” to 18” barrelled rifles.
  • The “Special Rangers” should be collaboratively trained by; Police, Sheriffs, Sports Coaches/Personal Trainers, Combat Coaches (Boxing/Kickboxing/Wrestling/Jiu-Jitsu), Expedition Experts – Hikers/Survivalists/Campers/Over-landing Communities, amateur radio operators, Coast Guard, Army and Cadets Instructors.

IV. Empowering Canadians: A Vision for Opportunity and Choice

4.1 Affordable Housing and Homeownership:

4.1.1. Unlocking Crown Land Potential:

  • Make Crown land available for development, especially in rural zoning areas, either by city edge or further out, as this method can drop housing price by more than 50% to 75%, particularly for affordable housing and sustainable communities, addressing the chronic housing shortage and increasing affordability.
  • Implement a system of land-backed currency as a secondary currency, as it is becoming more common for citizens worldwide to use various types of alternative currencies and investments. – Use “Land Dollars in addition to CAD (a secondary hard asset currency in the new age of moderate inflation) to further facilitate the savings and acquisition time period required to achieve home ownership and investment in real estate. – This provides a hedge against inflation, allowing individuals to save in an inflation-protected way that keeps up with rising real estate prices and helps more individuals become homeowners, thus significantly supporting economic growth. – The government already has the value locked in the land and does not need to borrow or finance new currency, but can simply attach a blockchain token to rural land parcels of Canada, to give value to the tokens from the vast lands. – The embedded wealth already exists and is held for the people of Canada, for the welfare of the public, for their interest, it is held in trust by the government of Canada, available for all who need shelter.(See: “Revolutionizing Homeownership in Canada,” “Unpacking the Housing Affordability Debate”)
