@skillsgaptrainer “The “Collective’s” goal, as we understand it, is to establish a vision for the future rooted in historical, moral, philosophical, and psychological principles that diverges from the Malthusian “limits to growth” mindset held by international corporate partnerships. This mission resonates deeply with us, as it aligns with the work we do at Skills Gap Trainer.
While our organization doesn’t exclusively cater to any particular demographic, we have noticed a strong affinity for our mission among young men aged between 24 and 35. These individuals display a pronounced drive to seek out professional development, tech skills improvement, and embody a cybersecurity, public safety, and national security mindset. They show an engineering mentality for development and building, not just for their lives but for engineering the future, which we believe could be instrumental in creating an alternative version to the WEF’s designs.
This group of forward-thinking individuals is keenly aware of the technical and existential challenges of the 21st century. They are not merely crafting their own lives, but are shouldering the responsibility of engineering a world worth living in amidst the diverse challenges humanity is predicted to face over the next 50 years.
Through our efforts, we aim to provide a STEM perspective to assess the multifaceted issues that intellectuals have outlined as challenges we need to overcome. These range from technological hurdles, socio-political crises to geo-political challenges. As we navigate this landscape, we strive to foster problem-solving skills, puzzle-solving abilities, and the capacity to envision, architect, and actualize innovative solutions.
Your mission and ours seem intrinsically linked. We believe that our collective insights and research can serve as a valuable resource for the “Collective” initiative. As such, we wish to extend an invitation to you, associates, and all members of the collective to access our research and content free of charge. We hope our resources will inspire discussions, generate ideas, and offer a fresh perspective on how to harness technology to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges. In a world where the voices of young, tech-aware men often go unheard, our hope is that the collective will consider their insights. Their understanding of the future, their rational approach to development, and their unique perspectives could prove invaluable in shaping a more positive, organic vision of our shared destiny. They are a demographic who may have given these issues considerable thought, with a vested interest in creating a life for themselves and future generations. We encourage your collective to poll and research this group, harnessing their insight to enable the collective.”
