🟧 35–49% — structurally misaligned: valuable strengths exist, but governing doctrine cancels too many entrance invariants.

❌ 0–34% — incompatible command system: fundamental constitutional reconstruction required.

Iran classification: 🟧 STRUCTURALLY MISALIGNED — 38%

The present Islamic Republic cannot enter the SGT-TNG command architecture unchanged. Iran could retain Islam, Persian identity, family orientation, charity, national sovereignty, military defence, engineering culture, space ambition, architecture, poetry and stewardship principles. It could not retain supreme clerical sovereignty, state punishment for conscience, protected doctrine above public correction, religious qualification as the final gate of office, or security institutions beyond constitutional control.
