Pierre, your message hits home. It’s clear: the attacks on our police, the lack of respect for their arrests, and the attempts to demoralize them are deliberate efforts to weaken Canada’s foundational pillars. They’re knocking out the pillars of strength in Canada, one at a time.
For the last 20 years, many millennials we’ve met have targeted the USA military in their social attacks because it has a lot of white men, or simply men. The same thing happens to technically minded men in Canada when they try to join corporations and public agencies, often staffed by “Liberal women networks“ using “Zoom or Skype“ and “mandated outside of work meetings“ to “negotiate status, group structure and hierarchy (the informal hierarchy) and power politics” instead of “technology development” that is needed to build the next generation and the new 21st century civilization.
We bet you 80% of the people working in Canada as police are men. One of the biggest secrets in Canada, going on for up to two decades now, is a huge insecurity and fear — a visceral fear that you’ll catch them when they attack institutions staffed by men or simply individual men.
Standing up for men in Canada is very approximately close to trying to attack Jews in the Holocaust. It’s not allowed in a social public conversation.
But of course apparently nowadays it is being allowed to attack Jews in public, which is a strange change in the culture that is happening recently. And amazingly, PM Trudeau is letting it happen or perhaps changing the demographics so that it happens at accelerated rate.
We seeeee you, all of you that harm male workers and their potential future, and therefore the present and future of Canada. 🔥🇨🇦
All (or a ton) of the structural or broken problems in Canada can be traced to the intensification of social, professional, financial funding absence, and legislative attacks on men and their professional practice areas over the last decade.
This has been evident across various sectors where men are the majority, including
-
farmers (majority men)
-
miners (majority men)
-
manufacturing workers (majority men)
-
surgeons (majority men)
-
medical specialists (majority men)
-
tradespeople (majority men)
-
carpenters(majority men)
-
technicians (majority men)
-
technologists (majority men)
-
engineers (majority men)
-
computer scientists (majority men)
-
police (majority men)
-
border security officers (majority men)
-
military personnel (majority men)
-
truckers (majority men)
-
firefighters (majority men)
-
forestry workers (majority men)
-
pilots/fire water bomber plane pilots (majority men)
-
etc.. etc.. etc..
Canada has real problems in these areas, areas that correlate male majority staffed work environments. It’s not an accident.
Lack of development and growth in these areas are why everyone suffers, because there isn’t enough economic drive in these areas, but instead the PM Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland, Steven Guilbeault government of Canada, funds…
2.5 Trillion CAD of “economic drive” over the last 9 years not into any of these tangible areas, but to 1 Trillion CAD in 2021 to unknown administrators/consultants/foreign consultants and 1.5 Trillion CAD over the last 9 years to 86 000 charities (administrative, virtual, office, non tangible, no exports in resources, no exports in manufacturing, no exports in energy, so not to men and not to the recruitment of men to these industries)
‘Don’t invest in men, and simultaneously do gatekeeping against men (for preposterous and invented child like reasons that are invented by foreign corporations), then this collapses the country.’
The public safety and military sectors aren’t growing in line with the national growth rate for a reason, even though they should by policy design — it’s not an accident.
The challenges male workgroups face, from reduced participation and recruitment issues to financial underfunding and legislative measures that restrict them from speaking out or simply doing their job (as is clear with the police), or simply getting a job in these areas, reflect a deliberate erosion of these majority male-staffed fields/professional areas.
This war of the virtual occupations (that might not be actually real work), against the real human beings doing real work, is at its core. It’s an office computer screen worker (no energy jobs, no tangible production jobs for improvement) versus the person that protects the present and builds the future through real applied work in the physical/material world, that aims to safeguard the current generation while building the next generation.
This intentional weakening of our real economy has created significant vulnerabilities in our infrastructure, technology systems, security systems, economic systems, family systems and societal foundations, setting us up for collapse. If the goal is to not invest in men (which means no families and that means no births), or the industries they work in, or the real world, then be prepared to break Canada completely (to a level that it cannot be repaired).
‘The reduction in the participation of men in the economy and their professional practice areas has hurt Canada and is going to hurt Canada a lot more going forward, if unaddressed quickly and permanently.’
For example, wildfires intensify and become harder to control across the wilderness due to a combination of factors, including climate change (especially since wildfires are increasing now since the year 2000), but critically forest management (and who works here, majority men).
Similarly, societal issues like increased crime rates and the burning of Christian churches can be linked to a lack of modernized security architecture professionals (and which majority works in these areas? men). The decline in male labour force participation in key sectors, such as firefighting, forestry management, law enforcement, carpentry, military, etc., weakens our capacity to respond to these challenges.
They’re not going to participate in society if things don’t change, not if the rules are not merit based, performance based, competence based, ethics based and character based. If society refuses to acknowledge a lack of character in it’s policy development and deployment (such as the censorship bills being launched by PM Trudeau), then it will not be the case that men join the workforce, and then the continued shortages of labour will intensify and more systems will break.
The erosion of these traditionally male-majority staffed fields has left gaps in critical areas, leading to more severe consequences for public safety and community stability and an inability to have a safe and productive society that builds the future efficiently and quickly. You can see this in how long it takes to build mines, energy infrastructures, or even simple things like bridges (can take a decade or more, instead of 2 to 6 months).
Pierre, you are a superman and the ultimate superman — even Batman to some degree. With your super muscles and super intelligence, you are now breaking the man who broke Canada. Congratulations. Men are proud of you.
It’s time to enable men to participate fully so that they can build society and keep it safe. This can be done by integrating character and ethics into corporations and public agencies and guarding against people using “multiple books to advance”, but really identifying who is merit based and who uses other systems such as networks for advancement. The ones who use networks to advance, are the same people trying to prevent professionals from being part of public agencies and corporations, and this creates the efficiency problem of western societies.
Canada needs to recognize and address the intentional weakening of these vital sectors (male majority staffed sectors). Together, we can restore the strength and stability of our nation. Let’s rebuild the pillars that hold Canada strong, ensuring a future where every citizen can thrive and contribute to a safe and prosperous society.
