Author: John @SkillsGapTrain The wind moves across the range, carryin’ gunpowder smell a little. I stand on range with rifle in my hands. I line up the shot on target, but the eye in older age is not so sharp as it once was. I feel calm before the shot. There is no fear. There is a bit of uncertainty as I get experience with this new way of fighting sport. I feels a little bit like the uncertainty of growin’ up behind the Iron Curtain, where the folks with guns were people you dared not to talk to about any subject, or to reveal any words or thoughts, only to listen and to stay silent and obey.
That’s why, for someone who escaped the grip of communism and found freedom in Canada, this rifle ain’t just for huntin’ or target practice; it’s image of respect and freedom, somethin’ that is at heart of freedom, of being a king with responsibility over a piece of land, like someone with the right to govern a small area within the world, someone with some leadership rights in the world.
From Slavery and Orders, to Freedom and Respect
Back in old country, we didn’t have much say in how things were run. The government controlled everything: the land, the factories, even our thoughts, ideas, observations, experiences, knowledge, and words. They controlled the food, and took it all away to sell to other countries. They promised us security, but it was just people with machine guns to make sure we walk quietly to where we were suppose to go. We did not know what we built. They could have been parts for an aircraft, or a missile, a rifle or a car engine part. Nothing was assembled in one place, and every part was manufactured in a different region, so as to obfuscate what each part did. No one knew anything, at any point in time, about the work that was done, about the history, about the present, or about the world.
I remember my father’s eyes, and the hunger when they took away our food, but we were able to grow more and more then they could take away by having big lands to make food in different parts. I remember the fear of speaking out, the surveillance, and the knowledge that any words of dissent, well, the only people in the west who will understand what it means to not speak, are those that have to keep secret by profession, but imagine this for a whole country, for everyone, to be under the rule of no speech against authority, with eyes always watching and ears always hearing every word. Every word.
But Canada, this big land, offers everyone the chance for freedom of speech, freedom to have respect, freedom to do all kinds of sports.. even sports that make people strong and powerful, to have personal kingdom on land too, and to build a life where our hard work means somethin’. Here, we can own land or actually have private space in rent without people coming into the house to take things, start businesses, speak our minds, talk online with our leaders, and pray to God.
And for the first time in my life, I held a rifle in my hands that wasn’t pointed at me to see if I am speaking, or to see if I am walking where I have to walk or work where I have to work, but a symbol of my right to to be respected citizen with my right to contribute to safety of society if ever the society was in danger, finally a place with freedom.
World’s Gone Crazy: New Threats Coming Always Now
It seems like the world’s gone crazy again, like in 1980s. The same kind of leader who was in past, who did not have sense, never borrowed any money to buy people food, now we have people that always borrow money to not build any farms or houses or anything real. These new people borrow a lot sure, but actually hate to have things in the world to happen to move everyone forward. Like before extreme one way like to build real things too many things without any money, now extreme other way, to borrow a lot of money but to do nothing with it that is real. It’s the same as before, just a different way to do the same problem. They are both problem way.
They now talk about ‘global reset’, but this happen many times in Eastern Europe and in Russia history. This s called hyperinflation, or to make 100 dollar equal 1 dollar, or 1000 dollar equal 1 dollar, or 10 000 dollar equal one dollar.. in new kind of dollar. This is part of making everyone zero again after they build wealth. Can do this with paper, but now maybe can also have fun to do this with computer too. Just because is computer doesn’t mean is different the numbers changing to zero for you.
This was done in Russia a few times, and now is happen here. Is not special. Is danger. Is bad. Very very bad. It take everything from you. Or it trick you to give up everything you make in life, to switch your dollars, but not everyone can switch, so most lose. My father one time had enough money to buy a house, he came for visit to Canada, then went back, when he went back, he was able with the same money to buy one quarter of a 32” TV. This is called “great reset”. Same for grandma, a few years later, instead of buy car, same money, buy computer tablet that is $150.
They say they’re doin’ it for your own good. You know who does everything for your own good. People who don’t have money from the leaders, or access to that money easy. That’s where good comes from, it come from people who are tormented by not getting money from leaders.
And since people like this, that are tormented business people, their voice now does not lead again in Canada, but it once did, so we are in danger to be like it was back in Easter Europe.
To get voice back to save Canada, will need to leave computer, and find people to talk, get together, and not change people all the time that do not grow up with you in Canada, because they do not understand the new one to be like understanding the life lesson of people who grow up in Canada of what needs to be happen for future direction of Canada.
Standin’ Together When Danger Come
I’m grateful for soldier in Canada and for NATO soldier, that understand bravery and courage and I see sometime speak up for freedom in Canada, which is very hard for soldier to do, given what soldiers know about the command rules.
NATO isn’t perfect because it always has to fight for the bigger picture of global strength guarantee to others, but represent somethin’ important: it keep big countries fighting bigger wars, which so far protect everyone life for very long time, and many people did not start big war against Europe and America and Canada because of NATO.
Canada have people that can fight, but are playing a fun game right now to show to be weak, but is not good strategy anymore. Canadian have memory of fighting, it is from Europe and America the culture at foundation, which is memory of fighting very much, not agricultural countries, but fighting spirit is sleeping in the people here. Even people that come to here from India and Japan and China and other places, these are fighting countries with long history of fighting.
Canada can be good at fighting sports. but right now choose a bit to only like non fighting sports.. seriously but fighting sports less serious. But the world moves on.. and I hope Canada work more on fighting sports, martial arts, boxing and shooting sports.. to be leader in this important area of sports.
Even can be good at combat sports if they wake up a little bit from fun games and back to serious Canada of past. It’s a more dangerous world now. So Canada has to wake up now. Now is time to be a good athlete and that mean good fighting athlete too and that mean good soldier too. Soldier times, they sometime disappear for society, but I do not think is over for Canada, is enough intelligent people here.
This is what happen in a free world. The people in a free world can be strong from the power of freedom give to spirit to grow, freedom does not bring only laziness. Only bring laziness with bad leaders. Freedom has great power. Freedom can bring self development with a good leader who understand power of freedom. With freedom society, like ancient times, with knowledge society in Italy and Greece, can become very strong and stronger than everywhere else, the Civilization of Freedom and intelligent leader can give birth to supermen, very well trained men and women and warriors. not simple soldiers.
This is what happen in a free world. The people in a free world can be strong from the power of freedom give to spirit to grow, freedom does not bring only lazyness. Only bring lazyness with bad leaders. Freedom has great power. Freedom can bring self development with a good leader who understand power of freedom. With freedom society, like ancient times, with knowledge society in Italy and Greece, can become very strong and stronger than everywhere else, the Civilization of Freedom and intelligent leader can give birth to supermen, very well trained men and women and warriors. not simple soldiers.
The Rifle: A Guarantee of Freedom, A Reminder of Responsibility
The rifle is not about huntin’ or target practice only; it guarantees freedom, and protection for family and for myself. It’s somethin’ that has to be fought for, because it’s not possible to fight for it when it is gone, so this is our only chance to give the gift of firearm to the future.
Firearms always reminds the person who has it of responsibility. It is the first word that arrives in the mind when you look at a rifle, when any person looks that has a good civilized upbringing. When you hold a firearm, you know you’re holdin’ a tool that demands respect. This is why it is so hard to even touch it the first time you see it. You learn to handle it safely, to use it ethically, and to never take it for granted. You understand that with freedom comes obligation to use freedom in smart way, to protect innocent, and stand up for things that are right. This is important in a fake world, when the truth will be made by tyrants who wish to tell you they own all things and you as well.
This is a dangerous world, not only because of corrupt global tyrants, but because chaos can come from many type of danger that are slowly building without no one notice. We have one chance to give the firearm to the kids, and that is why they try to destroy our chance to do this now, because they know of the precious value of the gift of freedom is, as powered by the firearm. Freedom require heart, but it also require technology in future.
Holdin’ the Line: For Ourselves, for Our Children, and for Future
The world’s complicated, and it’s gettin’ more complicated and very more complicated. But on the farm, we keep it simple on land, and we know that you can’t take life for granted. It takes work. You have to fight for freedom just like you have to fight to get the garden to grow tomato and garlic. You have to rely on yourself, no one else, because people cannot look after you if they do not even know how to look after themselves. And you have to remember what is always wiped away from the memory, the authority and warrior spirit, this is something that the people who take charge in a strong way, like to destroy from the memory of the new generations. Its very important, more important, when those bad people come to take charge in a strong way, to make this last into the future, the fighter spirit.
So the rifle is the image and means of all these things. It reminds me where I come from, how dangerous people can be in charge of a country, and all the great freedom that existed for so many years in Canada. I know have a rifle I can give to my kid. And I know they now understand how important it is, even though no one in society taught him this lesson, through intelligence he figured out these deep secrets, after being tricked for many many years. Not enough people in Canada who know about freedom, real freedom, and not enough give credit to each other who know, about what big discovery it is, as it is a very big secret still in Canada, with no one in TV, school, jobs, government .. no one ever teach and work hard to avoid to teach the important lessons here, to teach the meaning of rifle and freedom to the kids. It is up to athlete and the firearm people to let people know.. everyone else will hide this special information or lie about the way to think about problem.
This is the links now for my son.. who has spirit now, after he lost the spirit, he has it back again! They tricked him with TV. But he remember the lessons in child fighting training. Finally!
