Beyond the Campaign Trail: Andrew’s Tactical Jacket Symbolizes Grounded Leadership and Innovative Engagement

Skills Gap Trainer comment:

“Andrew, nice jacket! Don’t assume we make jokes, we tend to be authentic for the vast majority of the time. Your nicely designed and seemingly nicely built jacket might be more effective and useful in an expedition and emergency event, even more so than Danielle Smith’s emergency leadership jacket. Her jacket might not be as structurally sound as one expects from the hardy workers in Alberta, but perhaps we didn’t get a good look at it, or maybe it’s because she was using it as a summer jacket. Complex world!

Your jacket, it’s tactical, functional, utilitarian and even somewhat gray man — a true testament to durable, on-the-ground leadership and work effectiveness, and a fit with the professional workers maintaining and upgrading the infrastructure systems of Canada.

It’s great to see you out and about, not confined to an office but actively engaging with Canadians, at a time when there is no election process ongoing. This is real consultation, consultation and engagement that happens long before the information needs consideration, not marketing consultation for elections, and this is setting a good example for other government workers to become intimately familiar with the people they serve, and familiar with their talents for HR purposes, not simply constantly asking for free long distance e-feedback, surveys, reports, test assignments of actual government projects, and free research reports from the public for actual public product and service development, bypassing the need to ever pay the real experts in Canada’s economy or to really hire them for their technology benchmarks and competencies an ideas. Your jacket reminds us of people who hire based on national technology benchmarks for tech roles, and of professional engineers, and also reminds a little of, responsible outdoor leaders and sports, hikers, hunters, sports shooters, military members. etc…

Like the blue sweater choice too, a symbol of Conservative loyalty, matched with a red poppy of remembrance. These colours seem to unveil new shades of Canada — black for eternal resolve and perseverance, blue for the infinite energy potential of our nation and the eternal and timeless values of principled conservative leadership, red for valour and honour, all combining strength with values. It’s a uniform for the 21st century, perhaps would be good for DND soldiers to get a jacket like this too. Stylistically its very flat, aesthetically similar to your blue business suit, but black and functional more similar to a nuclear infrastructure engineer or navy seal. These are the kind of people that can take care of business.

Though we all know you are the class leader at decorum and engaging speech, and speech of human connection and friendship, while now also embodying the greater force of the serious get the mission done tactical jacket, and the the atmospheric and organic energy you showcase at getting to know the country despite adverse weather conditions of rain, in this way you can immediately fix broken businesses and broken national infrastructure via durable professional work clothing mindset. It looks like a personable approach and feels like you are trying to dress with us, not simply to lead us with a nice suit.

Keep on innovating in finding the elements that will be in Canada’s future, like durable black tactical jackets that will save us when it all breaks down fully from Trudeau’s broken Canada! 🙂 You always have tips of readyness for the next stage Andrew! That’s what leaders are suppose to do, have the vision ready before others get the vision that it’s broken. Thanks!
