Title: “The Great Filter Ahead: Engineering a Pathway to Complex Civilizational Survival and Overcoming Cosmic Hurdles” skillsgaptrainer.com/the-great-filt
There’s no need to worry about them getting the houses built over the next 40 years .. all the government has to worry about is every individual has a lot available to them to lease, purchase or lease/purchase…
— innovation in housing is thriving both nationally and internationally (we are in very advanced age of technology that is not yet recognized because the 30+ new technologies like AI are not part of our environment, but they actually exist in buildings no one has ever visited.
...construction costs dropping as low as $40k CAD per house unit, when built in factory and will be lower when built by robot.
Price of building the house is not the issue; the government must stop confusing the public with false complexity. They are confused… the professionals STEM workers of Canada re not confused. And one day. they will be part of society too. not just the 5 million non STEM workers hired today.
This is reminiscent as to how the woke have been secretly fiddling around with the philosophy of 1700s to in corrupting the AI systems.. to make it seem as if several dozen philosophical frameworks of 17th century and 18th century are compatible with vaccine mandates, when they are not. They fiddle fiddle, and think the Santa doesn’t catch them.
The government has used brain trick for two decades to pretend its not possible to send land into the public space.

This strategy isn’t just necessary to solve Canada’s purchasing power crisis, economic crisis, public safety crisis and national security crisis…
but is necessary to solve wealth inequality done from moral injustice (inter-generational moral injustice) via credit systems manipulation of using national debt to solve current day problems.. robbing the future of prosperity…
…to make Millenials and Gen Z poor (this is not understood or acknowledged by boomers) .. redemption is within your reach boomer.. how will you leave this word —
…it’s a form of reparations for the historical injustices faced by Millennials and Gen Z, who were unfairly burdened with a massive debt load.. a massive national debt to live on in eternity. (this breaches philosophy.. Burke)
Failure to address this could lead to future social unrest, revolutions, nation state failure, as debts are always settled, and justice eventually prevails. (Karma).
Lastly, the ideal city.. a low density plan of city design that is decentralized, distributed, packed with greenhouses, is a matter of AI safety and sustainability for evolution and life of humans/development/birth and growth/family formation throughout the challenging time of “The Great Filter” set of problems, but also for the nuclear war/conflict problems of 21st century & terrorist/adversarial nation EMP strikes or corporate EMP strikes or AI driven EMP strikes.
Without access to self-sustaining lots with natural spaces, we risk breaching authentic 21st century sustainability engineering principles in urban planning that are actually professional and not deceitful (WEF).
High-density urban designs, while marketed as efficient, actually pose greater risks in the 21st century . pose risk to life .. and will disempower humans versus AI (breaching AI Safety) — especially in the context of AI, nuclear, and EMP threats.
A “low-density high tech green city NOT smart city” and new “towns into city ideas”.. provide more living oportunity in small cities and small towns,…
…positive-tech vision is crucial to ensuring the safety and well-being of Millennials and Gen Z in an increasingly complex world. Mega city will be centralized point of failure into big dystopian mega city smart city concepts (Judge Dredd slums.. without resources or work or energy or freedom), will fail at some point in infrastructure collapse before 2050, if for no other reason. (read Amazon authors).
Remember, Northern, the MPs are stuck in an outdated mindset when it comes to housing. They’re still thinking in terms of how mobile homes were built in the 1940s.
The MPs haven’t adapted their thinking to how cities and homes need to be engineered for the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and even 24th centuries. They can’t intellectually make the leap into the future. They hit a glass wall, so they are a unbundling the rules and principles (like PM Trudeau).
As a result, they don’t see the need for changes in housing design, road infrastructure, or even overall city layouts to create a truly futuristic world. For instance, they still believe homes should be built on-site by workers, rather than being manufactured by robotic arms in a high-tech factory in Canada, transported efficiently by semi-truck, and installed on Crown Land.
Their vision is limited — the MPs don’t grasp modern building methods, advanced transportation solutions, cutting-edge material selections (non perishable metals, everlasting materials and glass), or the forward-thinking design and economic models necessary for sustainable growth or authentic 21st century city engineering, instead of WEF proposals,…
..or they don’t grasp authentic digital decentralized blockchain design for national software… digital currency is possible in sovereign way without ID just like cash.. as an example..
…they dont grasp decentralized systems that are run by the government .and rely on foreigners to tell them how to design centralized designs of blockchains from WEF… or are advised against using local AI installs/local AI servers instead of global cloud AI for Canada.
That’s why they’re stuck — the MPs lack the vision for the future that is already within reach.
@KirkLubimov‘The Liberals touted modular housing construction as one of their solutions to build more houses to try and catch up to their disastrous mass immigration policy.
The problem is Canada is so red taped that it drives business away, including a modular homes construction company that is closing its buiz in Canada and will focus on the US.
It cites public sector inefficiencies, costs, inflation, and unfriendly business conditions.
Poorly run and inefficient governments get in the way of government’s own solutions to poorly run and inefficient governments.
The bloated public sector with paper pushers need papers to push around and its costing us all.
Want better services and a better country? You need to cut and re-organize our public sector.’
@KirkLubimov Title:“The Truth Behind Modular Housing Policy: Innovation or Imitation? The Public is Led to Believe the First, but SGT Knows It’s the Second” Of course, the new Liberal Party (2015 to 2024), aka Multi-National Party (MNP), touted a modular housing construction and a large-scale housing plan that would obviously require factory production to accomplish.
‘Doesn’t that sound Liberal to you? Liberals and factories just go together like bread and butter.’
Oh wait, bread and butter build healthy bodies and actually work well together, so let’s reword that. The new Liberal Party (2015 to 2024) is more like chocolate and strawberry — but not the high-quality classic Swiss kind with milk chocolate and tasty almonds.
‘Instead, they are like the bitter dark chocolate that nobody wants, maybe popular in ancient times or the Dark Ages, but out of place in a future where everyone enjoys sweet, elegant, refined, and luxurious chocolate.’
Lindt Lindor Truffles, Ferrero Rocher, Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, Cailler Frigor Lait, Sprüngli Grand Cru Amazing!
‘We’re never going to be able to afford these unless we fire PM Trudeau!’
Providing land from the 9 million square km of land to Millennials and Gen Z and houses? Wow, the new Liberal Party (2015 to 2024) has such a history in this.
It is certainly their idea to increase the supply of housing without financing, when they have relied on financing since the dawn of time to increase demand and price of housing actually.
They must now be experts in Austrian economics and conservative principles. Since they copy the ideas so precisely, they must have learned a lot lately.
‘As a great and all teacher PM once said, a great teacher is one that read the notes of the student and then has all the answers for the classroom.’
Even though building factories is something they’ve been ideologically opposed to for the last decade, now everyone is supposed to believe they have done a 180-degree ideological shift and have all of a sudden discovered the fusion reactor of nuclear energy. To actually build things on land that they have! Wow! So brilliant!
‘Truly impressive! It’s almost as if Canada’s 9 million square km of land was always there and no one bothered to look. What do you know. The wealth vault is actually full. Wouldn’t want to accidentally hide this from the public would we.’
This sudden shift in stance, as also exemplified by other unexpected moves not aligned with recent Liberal non-industrial philosophies, such as allowing some Japanese car factories, only goes to show how wrong they were to shut down industry in the first place.
‘And to continue to shut down industries in Alberta, while the economy is shut down and on life support, as all global economies were, represents a profound disrespect for the idea of leadership and risk management in leadership. After all, one must throttle the economy into high gear until it is established that the country has recovered from economic, industrial and business devastation.’
It’s likely they are not going to admit the deep conservative influences behind the scenes that piqued Japan’s interest in Canada as an investment destination for factories, instead of the efforts of PM Trudeau and the Liberal Party (which is as far away from Samurai culture, futuristic/corporate business culture, and engineering culture as you can get).
‘Japan, and many other countries, are counting on Canadians to fire PM Trudeau. World peace is not achieved with people like PM Trudeau, but only war and conflict. Unless certain diplomatic and civil countries can recover, and act in a healthy way, there are insufficient number of countries that can mitigate and help prevent global conflicts to to stop and help mitigate and depress the trends towards conflicts.’
Now, the Liberal Party pretends to be the best tech managers of the factory housing industry sector, even though they have a track record of halting industrial activity.
‘We sit on dozens of failed natural gas and oil projects and up to 1400 dormant resource companies with workers twiddling their thumbs in the office.’
The new Liberal Party (2015 to 2024) seems to adopt good ideas from conservative channels, like factory housing construction for modular, tiny, prefab, space-aged, and pod houses.
But then they undermine these plans by failing to implement them effectively or fully as originally intended. It’s a tactic of hope to get election one more time, with the ideas of the adversaries, from the tech leaders of society.
For instance the Liberal altered plan might involve: “providing modular houses” but not “deploying factory production instead of only doing custom house building within a factory by hand“, and “not pushing the envelope technologically as to see if we can truly produce houses autonomously in a factory“, and “not actually allocating the crown land for residential”. (The most critical piece, 79% of the problem).
This tactic ensures that any practical housing solutions are never realized under their governance.
By not actually executing even good ideas, they can show the public that all housing ideas were exhausted, and that they don’t work, and that the public should give up on housing idea expansion beyond city borders, and that the government’s involvement was ill-conceived from the start. And perhaps-everyone should not use any energy or not move around either.
In reality, the problem isn’t that the ideas were bad; it’s that good ideas were handled by people with poor execution skills instead of allowing the ideas to stay with their creators and let the founders and engineers actually do their job and execute the ideas. And don’t drive or meet women either, or we might sue you, cars and babies take up more energy! Climate Change!
In this way, by failing to actually deploy a successful house factory and crown land package, despite having access to 2.5 Trillion borrowings from banks over the last ten years, the concept of innovative housing solutions is ruined for Canadians, permanently!
This leaves the public with an impression that housing cannot be affordable or modern anymore, that the age of housing is over. Give up! That housing is impossible in the 21st century for Canadians. Give up!
This tactic only highlights their inconsistency and lack of genuine commitment to solving the housing crisis!
They tried to dismantle Canada. So Canada, don’t give them the vote to build it or your national financing safety. Remember, when they dismantle your national financing capability (increase your national debt), you are no longer free nation from multi national powers. Be free! Don’t give up! United for Freedom! Be United!
@SkillsGapTrain @PierrePoilievre Great photo, Mr. Poilievre, and commendable work on tackling housing affordability.
This might sound a bit unconventional, and you might not actually believe this, but there’s something happening that goes beyond typical policy and it has not been explained to Conservative Party by anyone:
…as society becomes more digitized, more networked, and deploys more AI Systems in concert with global governance digital and physical, humans are being redefined and/or transformed into ‘informational entities,’ inching away from the physical, biological, 3D lives we’re used to.
This shift and/or transformation is influencing everything, including why Millennials and Gen Z are not finding homes, not building homes, or not participating in the labour market, despite policies aimed at affordability and despite work availability.
The issue is profound, and few are aware of how fast this process is accelerating.
Politicians like yourself might be our best hope in finding a way to preserve meaningful, real-world spaces for people, away from a trend that funnels humanity into digital centers, transforming lifestyles fundamentally.
PM Trudeau and Liberal Party are following zoning plans and land management plans that is hyper accelerating the conversion of humans into data objects by following the plan to create dense urban city centres mega cities in Canada with the worlds farmeers in these locations. PM Trudeau and Liberal Party are the mechanism or ‘physical-to-digital transformation agent’, to transfer of biology to synthetic life.
If anyone can think outside the box to counter this drift toward ‘informational living,’ it’s likely someone willing to take unconventional approaches.
We have identified you as the leader of the Free World, who has the required potential to create an escape route for biological life units in Canada.
But we would have to spark your imagination and be able to convince you, that actual life substance is worth fighting for, versus global plans of ‘complexifying natural biological systems’ to next order life forms.
It sounds out there, but we’re almost there.
Consider this an observation for the road ahead – sometimes, the scientists don’t connect with policymakers on these shifts, and this one’s worth keeping an eye on.
Note: On SGT, are solutions to save biological life in Canada, despite the confluence of economic restraint and governance restraint factors, that might be set up to stop you from achieving such a goal and outcome for biological units.Title: “Terence McKenna Was a Futuristic Genius” https://youtu.be/NJMKuswemhc?feature=shared
@SkillsGapTrain @PierrePoilievre “The overarching framework behind Liberal Party policies can be seen as a unifying theory that connects various national issues:
– etc..
Together, these policies appear designed to accelerate a broader agenda, consistently reinforcing and advancing this unifying framework of a post human world. Note: Pierre. All politicians underestimate the resource level that will be required to stop the increasing insanity, and chaos, that amplifies near this point in time. Boost national security please to compensate before the problems escalate, to get ahead of the curve. @PierrePoilievre Sean Fraser is the former immigration minister who lost count of a million migrants. Now, he is the Housing Minister. Only in Trudeau’s government does failure get you a promotion. https://x.com/PierrePoilievre/status/1851321996988100777
@PierrePoilievre ‘The globalists, NDP, & Liberals are panicking. It’s a visceral collapse in their heart & psyche. You found the core of the issue. You found their nerve point!
You’ve pinpointed the Achilles’ heel in their flawed philosophy since 1960s — housing, immigration and family.
Housing is life. In their anti-life, post-human agenda, the idea of affordable housing disrupts their control and sends them into disarray.
By advocating for tax cuts on families and housing, combined with access to land and homes, you’re delivering a philosophical shock-wave that undermines their vision of a digital, disembodied humanity.
At SGT, we can sense their near-collapse at the thought of people like you rising to build a future grounded in homes and families.
You’re truly remarkable for seeing through to this fundamental truth.
Do you understand that all of human history converges on this point… on you.. to make this decision of whether we exist or we do not exist in the future.
Do you understand what decision you are making here.’

Note: “The factory production principles we distributed by e-mail in 2022, 2023, and 2024 to politicians in Canada, and via our web platforms, for autonomous/semi-autonomous factory production of expandable spaced aged houses, Trek-like pod housing with non perishable and everlasting materials that are now possible in such housing, and factory-produced housing (modular and/or manufactured), to be delivered by truck to Crown Land by Amazon and/or Home Depot, were intended for Pierre Poilievre, Danielle Smith, and Elon Musk — not PM Trudeau and the Liberal Party (2015 to 2024).”
Note: “The Liberal Party is trying to make it seem like they have done the intellectual work to showcase their up-to-date thinking on 21st-century housing development and deployment planning to the public. However, they have not done the work and have been deficient in this area for at least 10 years. It’s a false advertising campaign, suggesting they are masterminding a technical and industrial solution for housing, when in actuality they are simply looking across the internet to their adversaries to see what ideas they can take and pretend are their own.”
